Late representations will not be considered.

Notice of Approval of Planning Scheme Amendment
In accordance with s40Q of the Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993, notice is hereby given that planning scheme amendment AM-TAS-1-2024 (1/2024) has been approved by the Tasmanian Planning Commission. The amendment comes into effect on 6 November 2024.
